Im not sure if you're aware of this or not, but there is a very talented chef you need to look into before having another contest. Her name is Liliane Sibonney, winner of the Italian Chef Wars in Las Vegas, March 07.
Her creation titled "Garfield Lasagne Pizza" blew away the competition. Being the only female and the youngest competitor she definitely was up against a lot, including one of the judges 'Domenico Crolla'. I do look forward to watching Ms. Sibonney repeat her performance this coming April. My main reason for writing this is to make you aware that not all accomplishments of women in the culinary industry go unnoticed. Maybe perhaps you should contact her people and encourage her entry in next years competition, or better yet have her as a judge, afterall, she did beat out the boys...
